Paul Lakeman leads by example, with over 20 years experience in the waterproofing business and maintaining hands on involvement on site to this day. As the proprietor of this business, Paul has a vested interest in ensuring every client is completely satisfied with the work completed by his team.

His experience has seen him undertake extensive negotiations with managing agents, bodies corporate, architects, structural and mechanical engineers, waterproofing consultants and builders. He is regularly invited to attend body corporate meetings and consult to clients, where requirements are diverse. Paul’s experience in material application has seen him work successfully within a broad range of specifications.
